The team
We're a small, fast-moving, customer-centric team. We work closely across product, sales, and customers to continuously refine how Super Sales Agent delivers real-world value. Everyone here has ownership, voice, and responsibility.
The role
As Channel Manager, you'll own and grow our partner ecosystem. This role is about building leverage—through strategic partnerships, integrations, resellers, and co-marketing relationships that expand our reach without diluting our message.
You'll be responsible for identifying the right partners (not just more partners) and enabling them to successfully position and sell Super Sales Agent.
If a seller cannot clearly articulate all three WHYS, the deal is structurally weak, regardless of pipeline stage.
What will you do
- •Build and manage strategic channel aligned with Super Sales Agent' positioning
- •Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners (agencies, consultants, platforms, communities)
- •Enable partners with messaging, sales playbooks, and positioning clarity
- •Co-create go-to-market initiatives with partners (events, content, campaigns)
- •Track partner performance and keep them aligned with pipeline, not volume
- •Act as the internal voice of partners to product and leadership
What we are looking for
- •Experience building or managing B2B SaaS partnerships
- •Strong understanding of sales workflows and buying processes
- •Ability to create commercial value and direction (internally and externally)
- •Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero to one
- •Bias toward action, communication, and follow-through
